19 Crimes Red Wine celebrates the aspirational spirit of rulebreakers and culture creators like Cali’s own Snoop Dogg. This full-bodied blend, carefully crafted with deeply toasted oak and robust notes of black & blue fruit from Petite Sirah balanced by bright red candy tones from Zinfandel, provides a rounded finish that pairs perfectly alongside any meaty dish.
Let this California classic transport you back as we honor those who beat the odds before us – just as contemporary pop culture icon: Snoop himself.

1 Tablespoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Pepper
1 Teaspoon Paprika
1 Teaspoon Dried Rosemary
Directions
- Lightly coat the steak in extra virgin olive oil.
- Mix Salt, Pepper, Paprika, and Rosemary, then coat both sides of the steak with the seasoning. Save a teaspoon of the seasoning mix for the Cali Red Butter.

- Add the 19 Crimes Cali Red butter mixture to saran wrap and roll into a cylinder. Place the Cali Red butter cylinder roll into the freezer for 5 – 10 minutes.

- Add a cast iron pan to the grill or stovetop.
- Take the 19 Crimes Cali Red cylinder roll out of the freezer and cut three 1-inch slices. Place two slices of the Cali Red butter into the cast iron pan and spread. Then place the remaining Cali Red butter on top of the steak.
- Add the steak to the pan and cook for 3 – 5 minutes while spreading the butter over the steak.
- Remove the steak from the pan and place it onto a plate, then pour the melted 19 Crimes Cali Red butter from the pan. Be careful; the pan is hot!
- Serve hot, and enjoy.
