Grilled Boiled Seafood Kabobs with Garlic Cajun Butter Sauce

  • 20 Jumbo Shrimp

  • 1 Pack of Smoked Sausage

  • 1 Bag of Red Potatoes

  • 4 Corn on the Cobs

  • 1 Small Chopped White Onion

  • 6 Chopped Garlic Cloves

  • 3 Sticks of Unsalted Butter

  • 3 Tablespoons Old Bay Seasoning

  • 1 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika

  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1 Lemon

  • 1 Teaspoon Rosemary

  • 2 Tablespoons Cajun Seasoning

  • 1 Teaspoon Accent

  • 1 Cup Chopped Cilantro


  • Put the corn and red potatoes in two separate pots of water and boil each for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the water from each pot and set them aside.
  • Cut the sausage link into 1/2-inch circles.
  • Add the Old Bay Seasoning, smoked paprika, chili powder, black pepper, salt, rosemary, cajun seasoning, and accent to a bowl.
  • Cut each corn on the cob into 4 pieces.
  • Add the following to a skewer: 1 cut of sausage, 1 cut of corn, 1 red potato, and 5 jumbo shrimps, followed by another red potato, a cut of corn, and a cut of sausage. Repeat for each skewer.
  • Lightly sprinkle Old Bay Seasoning on each skewer.
  • Place each skewer on the grill and cook for 5 minutes on each side or to the desired temperature.
  • Remove each skewer from the grill and place in a long container.
  • Add a cast iron pan to the grill or stove.
  • Add three sticks of butter to the cast iron pan and melt.
  • Add the chopped garlic and chopped onion to the pan and stir.
  • Add the seasoning mix to the cask iron pan and stir.
  • Boil the mixture for 5 minutes, then remove from the grill or stove. Pour the mixture over the kabobs to coat.
  • Top the kabobs with cilantro and serve hot.
